XP เข้า normal mode ได้แต่ทำไมเข้า safe mode ไม่ได้ล่ะ
มีไวรัสบางตัวไปแก้ไข registry ของวินโดวส์ซึ่งอาจมีผลทำให้เข้า safe mode ไม่ได้แล้วขึ้นเป็นหน้าจอสีฟ้า error code 0x0000007B แทนด้วย และไม่มีลิสต์ของการโหลดไฟล์ปรากฎให้เห็น
กรณีนี้หากคุณยังสามารถใช้งานใน normal mode ได้โดยอาจได้กำจัดไวรัสไปแล้ว แต่ยังคงไม่สามารถเข้า safe mode คุณสามารถโหลดไฟล์ safebootfix.reg เพื่อแก้ไข registry โดยดับเบิ้ลคลิกไฟล์ที่โหลดเพื่อ merge เข้ากับ registry เดิม ถ้ามีหน้าต่างขึ้นมาถามว่า are you want to continue? ก็กด yes ค่ะ หรือจะ copy ข้อความด้านล่างไปไว้ใน notepad แล้วเซฟในชื่ออะไรก็ได้แต่ให้มีนามสกุล reg เช่น อาจจะตั้งว่า safemodefix.reg

จากนั้นก็ดับเบิ้ลคลิกไฟล์ที่คุณเพิ่งสร้างขึ้นแล้วก็ลอง Restart windows ใหม่นะคะแล้วลองกด F8 เพื่อลองเข้า safe mode ดูนะคะ

จากนั้นก็ดับเบิ้ลคลิกไฟล์ที่คุณเพิ่งสร้างขึ้นแล้วก็ลอง Restart windows ใหม่นะคะแล้วลองกด F8 เพื่อลองเข้า safe mode ดูนะคะ
